WHAT IS IN MY MOSAIC 8 SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE?

Your subscription is completely flexible and contains eight flex-tickets. A flex-tickets is like an IOU for one ticket. When you order your package, it’s like buying eight IOUs for tickets that you choose at a later date. That way you don’t need to know exactly how you plan to use your flex-tickets at the time you make your purchase. All flex-tickets must be used within a given season and cannot be rolled over into future seasons. Mosaic subscribers also get an additional 30% off single tickets.

 

WHAT IS IN MY MOSAIC ALL ACCESS PASS?

The Mosaic All Access Pass has all the flexibility of the Mosaic 8 PLUS: you can attend EVERY Opening Night Performance and Party, EVERY Reading Series Event, EVERY First Rehearsal Event, EVERY Closing Night Toast, and you can come back to any performance any time without any additional charge. Mosaic All Access Pass holders will receive e-mail invitations to Opening Nights, Readings, First Rehearsals, and Closing Night Toasts about one month before each event.

 

CAN I UPGRADE TO THE MOSAIC ALL ACCESS PASS

We only have space for 50 Mosaic All Access Pass members. While supplies last, Mosaic 8 members can upgrade to an All Access pass for $175 before July 21. After July 21 the Mosaic All Access pass upgrade will be $275. To upgrade, call Maria at 202-399-7993 ext 155 or email her at maria@mosaictheater.org.

 

HOW DOES FLEX-TICKET REDEMPTION WORK?

Simply go to www.mosaictheater.org/redeem and click “click here to redeem” to fill out the form. If you prefer to redeem over the phone, please call Maria at 202-399-7993 ext 155. Another option is to go through the Atlas Box Office at 202-399-7993 ext 2.

ONCE I’VE REDEEMED MY FLEX-TICKETS, CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?

We want you to see our shows! Exchanges for Mosaic subscribers are easy! You can use the exchange form here or email our Patron Services Manager, Maria Benzie, well in advance of your new performance date at maria@mosaictheater.org. You can also email the Atlas Box Office at boxoffice@atlasarts.org. Please note that day-of exchange requests may not be honored.

DO I HAVE TO REDEEM ALL OF MY FLEX TICKETS AT ONCE?

No! You may return to our website as many times as you need to redeem your flex tickets throughout the season. That said, we highly recommend you redeem all your flex tickets at one time. That way you lock in the best seats early, and don’t risk forgetting to use any of your vouchers.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF FLEX-TICKETS?

Accessibility Options

Mosaic makes best efforts to be accessible to as many patrons as possible.

 

Our home at The Atlas Performing Arts Center is wheelchair accessible and all performance venues in the building can accommodate wheelchair and companion seating. The Atlas also provides Assisted Listening Devices upon request. Every Mosaic production has designated performances with Open Captioning. Mosaic Public Programming scheduled after any performance with Open Captioning will be served by American Sign Language interpreters.

Valet Discount Cards

Your valet discount card is enclosed! Regularly priced at $20, Mosaic subscribers receive a 25% discount on valet courtesy of our partners at H Street Parking.   The valet drop off is located across the street from the Atlas at 1360 H Street NE.  To redeem your discount, present your payment of $15 (cash or check only) and your Mosaic discount card to the attendant.   

 

Valet parking is available on Opening Nights, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays matinees and evenings), and Sunday matinees.

Box office does NOT take calls two hours prior to a show's curtain, but will return all voice messages left during that time.

Will Call opens one hour prior to curtain.

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of management.
