Thair Abu Rass is a PhD student at the University of Maryland's Government and Politics department focusing on Middle Eastern politics and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and a research assistant at the Gildenhorn Institute for Israel studies at the University of Maryland. A Palestinian from Israel, Thair has worked for nearly a decade in Israeli NGO's promoting equality and a shared society for all Israeli citizens.

Tali Herskowitz is the Regional Director for the New Israel Fund in Washington, DC. She was previously a Fellow at the NGO Working Group on Women Peace and Security, a Shatil Everett Fellow at ASSAF Aid Organization for Refugees and Asylum seekers in Israel and a Case Manager at Safe Horizon Domestic Violence Police Program in New York City. Tali grew up in the south of Israel and was politically and socially active from a young age. She holds a BA in Mathematics and Gender Studies form Tel Aviv University and an MA in Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from IDC in Herzliya.
