Sukari Pinnock-Fitts is an organization development (OD) consultant and executive coach with a solid background in systems change, strategic planning, and diversity and inclusion management. She has been a human relations trainer for over 10 years, specializing in cultural competency and emotional intelligence. Sukari teaches a graduate-level course in Diversity and Inclusion Theory for the Georgetown University, as well as an online ourse for NYU called Foundations of Coaching and Coach Theory. She is a member/trainer and coaching program manager for the NTL Institute. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, numerous 360-degree assessments and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory. Sukari has been a facilitator with the EQ-HR Center since 2011, serving as both a workshop trainer and a leadership coach. She is passionately committed to issues of social and economic justice. Sukari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies from the National Labor College in Maryland, and a Masters degree in Organization Development from the American University, in Washington, D.C. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the PCC level and holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from Georgetown. She is also certified by the NTL Institute as a Diversity Trainer/Practitioner.
