Anna Rose Siegel currently serves as the Washington, D.C. Coordinator of Right Now: Advocates for Asylum Seekers in Israel. She is also the Development Officer at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. Ms. Siegel spent over three years in Israel where she worked for the African Refugee Development Center (ARDC). Ms. Siegel served as the Advocacy Coordinator and later as the Education Programming Manager at ARDC. Prior to her time in Israel, she was the National Programming Coordinator for STAND: The Student-Led Movement to End Mass Atrocities. Ms. Siegel holds a B.A. in Anthropology, Politics, and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.A. in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University. She has also conducted research in Brazil, South Africa, and New Zealand.


Joel Braunold was appointed in 2014 as ALLMEP’s U.S. director and has several years of experience in Israeli-Palestinian relations, civil society, advocacy, media, coalition-building, and development. He joins his entrepreneurial energy with a passion for strengthening, uniting, and multiplying the impact of grassroots Israeli-Palestinian peacebuilders.

For the last five years, Joel served in leadership roles at the PeaceWorks Foundation/OneVoice Movement, an ALLMEP member organization. At OneVoice offices in London and New York, Joel innovated new programs and built collaboration across the business, government and NGO sectors. Most recently, Joel led OneVoice’s strategic partnerships and new economic initiatives.

Joel’s insightful analysis on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been published by national and international media outlets, including Ha'aretz.com, the New York Daily News, the Guardian, the Huffington Post and the Daily Beast. An alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Joel also holds a B.A. (Hons) in philosophy from Bristol University. He has received the Avi Schaefer Peace Innovation Prize and is a senior fellow for the Alliance for Youth Movements.

In 2015 Joel was appointed as ALLMEP's Executive Director.
