  • Mosaic performances are held at the Atlas Performing Arts Center, located at 1333 H St. NE in Washington DC.

    Here is a quick overview of your parking options:

    Metered parking is available on H Street.

    Un-zoned free parking spaces are available nearby on Florida Avenue.

    Valet Parking is available for a fee across the street from the theater at the following rates:

    $25 per car on Thursday Nights (5PM - 11PM)

    $30 per car on Friday and Saturday Nights and for special events (5PM - 2AM)

    $25 per car on Saturday and Sunday Afternoons (2PM - 5PM)

    Valet parking is closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

  • Wheelchair and accessible seating options are available for each performance. Inform us about any accommodations you need by filling out the “Comments” section during checkout, or notify the Box Office ahead of your performance. We also offer assistive listening devices. Open captioning is available for select performances.

  • A Mosaic tradition, post-show discussions are indicated on the season calendar, on individual play pages of our website, and in the purchase path for different productions, when selecting your performance dates.

  • Mosaic aligns its public health protocols with those of the Atlas Performing Arts Center. For the latest updates, visit the Health and Safety page of our website.

  • Subscribers will select performance dates at the time of purchase. A perk of subscribing is that Mosaic subscribers enjoy unlimited exchanges and may exchange tickets up to one hour prior to the start time of the show. Contact the Atlas Performing Arts Center Box Office at 202.399.7993 x501 to exchange your tickets. There may be an additional charge if exchanging into a more expensive performance date—but we will never charge handling fees for exchanges.

    Single tickets may be exchanged for the same production. There may be an additional charge if exchanging into a more expensive performance date.

  • Subscription sales are not refundable. If you are unable to attend a performance you may exchange your tickets, gift the tickets to a friend, or donate the value of any unused tickets back to the theater as a tax-deductible donation.

  • Service fees are charged by credit card companies and ticketing software providers. Mosaic charges a modest fee on all subscription and single ticket purchases to cover these costs. We try to be as transparent as possible during the purchase process about fees associated with purchases at Mosaic.

    You can avoid fees by purchasing tickets in person at the Atlas Box Office with cash or check.

  • Mosaic’s performances are general admission, so there is no assigned seating. For the best pick of seats, we suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your performance start time—that way, you don’t have to rush to your seat and will in most cases have greater flexibility on where in the theater you can sit.

  • During checkout, you can select to receive your tickets by email or have them held at Will Call for pickup on the day of your performance. Mosaic no longer prints and mails tickets.

    If you have misplaced your tickets, no need to worry! Contact the Atlas Performing Arts Center Box Office at 202.399.7993 ext. 501 or boxoffice@atlasarts.org to have your tickets re-sent to you or to arrange for pickup at the theater.
